Surface preparation

The surfaces tob e treted must be clean , free of dust , rust , grease and oil. The surface may be damp to wet (?).

Remove powder formation and flaking thoroughly with a hard ( steel ) brush or with a high-pressure cleaner and thus also remove green deposits and other dirt.

In case of moss growth , treat afterwards with adequate means to remove the spores , allow to dry sufficiently before continuing the work.

Repair mortar joints

Cracks

Dry leaks by applying special rapid cement with a trowel  and allowing to harden.

Always perform an adhesion test on non-current surfaces.

New or unpainted surface.

Old already painted surface.

Chalking surfaces

On a smooth , non-porous surface
